Saint Émilion est la seule appellation au monde à reclasser ses crus tous les 10 ans ! C'est en suivant quatre vignerons différents tant dans leurs choix techniques que par leur approche du marché, que nous vivons le dernier reclassement. Tout au long de l'élaboration du cru, de la taille de la vigne à la vinification en passant par les vendanges et les ventes en primeur, nous écoutons les espoirs, les rêves, les doutes et les colères de ces quatre vignerons emblématiques de Saint-Émilion.

Returns policy

The consumer must formulate with the company DAHU PRODUCTION on the same day of delivery or at the latest 7 working days following delivery, any complaint of error of delivery and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the instructions on the order form. Any complaint made beyond this period will be rejected.

The formulation of this complaint with the company DAHU PRODUCTION must be made as a priority by connecting to our site in the section "My Account", then "History of your orders" where, you can ask us your question through the menu. contact, specifying the order reference.

Any complaint not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits cannot be taken into account and will release the company DAHU PRODUCTION from any liability towards the consumer.

Upon receipt of the complaint, DAHU PRODUCTION will allocate an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and will communicate it by e-mail, fax or telephone to the consumer. The exchange of a product can only take place after the attribution to the consumer of an exchange number according to the approach presented above.

In the event of a delivery or exchange error, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to DAHU PRODUCTION as a whole and in its original packaging, by Colissimo Recommandé, to the following address:

To be accepted, any return must be notified in advance to DAHU PRODUCTION Customer Service.
